An Engineer and an MBA from IIM Calcutta, Arun has 30 years of cross-functional, diverse business experience covering Automotive Components, FMCG, Building & Construction and IT, in start-up, stable, high growth and turnaround situations, including 12 years at the leadership/CEO/Board levels. As an independent consultant, he was associated with organizations such as Hindustan Unilever, the United Nations Food & Agriculture Organization, and the Minda Group.
A B.Com. from Delhi University and an MBA from ITM, Mumbai, Manoj has a proven track record and more than 26 years of varied experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing, Distribution and Customer Service. An innovative results-driven professional with exemplary team management, planning, and execution skills, Manoj brings to the table, rich experience with organizations like the Future Group (Pantaloon, Big Bazaar, Future Supply Chains), Nitco Tiles, Oriflame, Bausch & Lomb and Camphor & Allied Products.
Gurveen Kaur Sood is a Co-founder & Director of Mrida Group.
She brings gender diversity into the operational, management as well as leadership levels within the group – a concept and practice that Mrida firmly believes in and strongly endorses.
Gurveen has a strong HR, Administration and Customer Service background. She has earlier spent more than a decade working with organizations such as Fortis Healthcare, Avon Cosmetics and the Bhilwara Group in various capacities.
